Frustrating morning at the clinic's front desk

Spent two days attempting to schedule an appointment, only to be told they were fully booked after 10 am. The receptionist's attitude was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. It feels like patients have no say or dignity in this process. Their lack of availability and poor customer service could potentially put people's health at risk, forcing individuals to remain unwell or expose themselves to further complications due to the inability to secure a timely consultation.
