Frustrating Morning at the Doctor's Office

The medical service here is absolutely abysmal. The physicians appear even less informed than the patients, and the front desk staff are either discourteous or desperately trying to rush you away. Scheduling an appointment is like navigating an impossible maze, and getting through on their phone line is equally challenging. The most infuriating part is when you physically arrive at 8AM to book a slot, and they insist you "call at 8AM" - despite standing right in front of them. I went out of my way to be present in person, yet they inexplicably prefer a lengthy, frustrating phone interaction where you're left waiting on hold for half an hour. My proactive approach means nothing to them. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
