Frustrating morning calls to unresponsive clinic

The healthcare professionals are excellent, but the scheduling protocol is utterly frustrating. Being instructed to call precisely at 8am for an appointment, denied booking at alternative hours, and then consistently failing to connect with receptionists during that narrow window is maddening. There's no hold system... just constant busy signals. Numerous calls go completely unanswered.
