Frustrating morning trying to get an appointment

Over the past quarter-century, this medical practice has significantly declined in quality. Their so-called "emergency" appointment system, particularly the 8am rush, is completely ineffective. By 8:10am, all slots are filled, leaving patients with no alternatives except visiting A&E, enduring a grueling 6-hour wait, and subsequently receiving a patronizing lecture from nursing staff about supposedly wasting time. Their electronic consultation system is problematically managed by administrative personnel without medical training, who appear to assess cases based on emotional responses rather than genuine medical urgency.
