Frustrating navigation system hinders patient care access

Getting an appointment here is incredibly challenging, regardless of how critical your medical situation might be. While I recognize the receptionists are meant to serve as care navigators who should guide patients effectively, they seem poorly trained and lack understanding of how serious misinformation can be. They appear oblivious to the potential consequences of preventing patients from accessing or continuing essential medications. The care navigation system desperately needs substantial enhancement. Once you actually manage to see the doctors, they are truly exceptional and thoroughly address your health concerns. However, the initial hurdle of securing an appointment is extremely frustrating.
