Frustrating online booking nightmare for elderly patients

I'm utterly frustrated by the convoluted online appointment booking process. The website sends me on a merry-go-round between the NHS portal and The Grove medical site, creating an incredibly complex maze. As a 67-year-old, I'm deeply concerned about how older patients might possibly manage this digital labyrinth. This medical practice has clearly deteriorated since the pandemic, a stark contrast to its previous excellent standard of service.
