Frustrating online booking system fails patients repeatedly

I'm continually frustrated by the impossibility of booking online appointments. Despite calling precisely at 8am, I'm left on hold for over half an hour, only to discover all available slots have been snatched up. The service is absolutely abysmal - the government has explicitly instructed medical practices to resolve these booking issues, yet this surgery seems completely indifferent. Honestly, even awarding this a single star feels overly generous.
