Frustrating online booking system wastes my time

I'm a seasoned professional in online booking systems, having worked with companies specializing in this technology for a decade. However, these systems are only valuable when implemented correctly, ensuring genuine availability and seamless booking. Unfortunately, this platform falls short of those standards. Their process involves submitting a request and waiting for a response, typically via email. If you attempt to schedule a non-urgent appointment two days in advance at 1 pm, you'll discover the forms are inexplicably locked. Instead, you're forced to return at 7:30 the following morning. Similarly, even simple inquiries like checking vaccination dates require form submissions, which are arbitrarily disabled midday. I comprehend the necessity of cut-off times for same-day appointments, but the logic escapes me. Why can I request an appointment for two days ahead at 8 am, yet be blocked at 1 pm? Why is it impossible to submit a general inquiry unrelated to appointments? Moreover, the inability of their receptionist to assist via telephone is frustratingly inefficient.
