Frustrating online system blocks patient care

Absolutely pointless experience. I strongly recommend seeking medical care elsewhere. The COVID excuse is long past, yet now we're faced with an absurd new system involving 50 preliminary questions that seem intentionally crafted to prevent patients from securing a doctor's appointment. These questions are clearly designed to redirect patients towards alternative NHS services that are already struggling with overwhelming demand. This approach risks serious long-term health consequences, as potentially critical medical issues might go undetected because people are being discouraged from seeing a doctor early on. If I could rate this lower than one star, I absolutely would.
