Frustrating online system destroys customer service experience

Communication with this business has become incredibly frustrating. They've eliminated phone booking and now force everything through digital channels, which significantly complicates what should be a simple process. The front desk employees seem disinterested in providing direct assistance and simply redirect you to their website. While I understand their services might be under pressure, pushing everything online is definitely not an effective solution.
