Frustrating online system ruins good medical practice

I have no complaints about the staff or the service I've experienced at this practice. Since registering when I moved here in October 2020, I've attended numerous appointments for different reasons. However, the practice has inexplicably switched its online health platform, seemingly for financial motivations, and the new system is far from seamless or intuitive. Previously, I could effortlessly use the NHS app for e-consultations, prescription management, record checking, and viewing test results. Now, I'm forced to use a different platform on the GP website that failed even during my registration attempt. I strongly urge them to revert to the previous system!
