Frustrating online triage system fails patients miserably

The online triage system is an absolute disaster that barely functions. I received a frustrating message from Malzeard Medical Centre claiming I completed the wrong form, despite the existing condition section being clearly marked. To make matters worse, the new condition sections are currently unavailable. This system is completely unacceptable and there must be a more efficient approach. As an educated individual, I find this incredibly exasperating - I can only imagine how challenging this must be for elderly patients or those with disabilities. Consistently, I struggle to secure an appointment, and when a GP does contact me, it's at ridiculous hours - the last call came in at 9pm. My patience has completely worn thin with this service, and I've now wasted half an hour on hold, sitting at the top of the queue. I'm bewildered by what the receptionists are actually being paid to do if they can't even answer a simple telephone call!
