Frustrating patient access at karis gp

Dear Karis GP This is the third time I've emailed regarding the same unresolved issue with online service access in Patient Access and NHS app. I've been pursuing this matter since last month. I visited the Karis center in person, presented my ID, and completed the necessary form last week. I've made follow-up calls on Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, consistently receiving the same unhelpful response: "My colleague will look into it." Yet, absolutely nothing has changed! What's happening with your system? The app simply requires a LINKAGE KEY/PIN to connect the NHS app or Patient Access to the GP. I find this delay both unnecessary and frustrating. I request you to communicate the resolution via text, email, or post. Alternatively, please unlock my account in your system so I can access my health records and book appointments.
