Frustrating patient portal with zero communication

Their web portal is currently non-functional, preventing me from updating my recent weight and BMI, which have notably increased over the past few months. As a result, I've been forced to send an email to their administrative contact, but despite a week passing, I've received absolutely no acknowledgment or response. The update hasn't appeared in my NHS app either, suggesting no one has even reviewed my communication. My current circumstances also prevent me from addressing this in person. I'm seriously contemplating switching healthcare providers due to this complete lack of responsiveness.
