Frustrating pharmacy with incompetent and unhelpful staff

Absolutely abysmal customer service once more! Previously, they dismissed my concern about being without medication for 72 hours, and now I've encountered another frustrating issue with my prescription. Apparently, I require a blood test, which they failed to communicate beforehand. I diligently scheduled and attended the blood test at the surgery, only to discover I'm ineligible for my prescription! It's utterly ridiculous. I'd consider switching healthcare providers, but I've heard similar complaints elsewhere, leaving me feeling helpless and completely dependent on their inadequate support.
