Frustrating phone appointments for infant care

Consistently failing to secure a telephone appointment, particularly for my infant son, is nothing short of absurd. The entire process feels like a cruel jest, leaving me frustrated and questioning the competence of those responsible. It's as if they're deliberately making it difficult for parents seeking medical attention for their little ones. This level of incompetence is truly astounding and makes me wonder if they have any regard for the well-being of their youngest patients.
