Frustrating phone booking process ruins patient experience

Getting an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. The calling process is incredibly frustrating - you're forced to call only in the early hours, spend endless time waiting in a lengthy queue, and if you're lucky enough to get through, you'll find yourself number 20 in line. The previous online booking system was far superior and much more convenient.
