Frustrating phone call with unhelpful representative

I'm deeply frustrated with the service I encountered while trying to schedule an appointment via telephone today at 2:04 pm on June 10th. After enduring an almost 20-minute wait in the call queue, I was connected with a representative who, although polite, appeared visibly rushed. This created an interaction that felt both hurried and lacking in professionalism. I was genuinely surprised and let down when the representative suggested I book my appointment online rather than helping me complete the scheduling during our call. Considering the substantial time I had already invested waiting, I fully anticipated resolving my appointment booking during that conversation. This experience has made me feel undervalued as a patient, particularly in light of the existing reviews about your medical practice. I firmly believe that personal communication, especially telephone interactions, should be managed with greater thoughtfulness and attentiveness. I hope you will carefully review this incident and implement corrective actions to prevent similar situations in the future. My expectation is that upcoming interactions will demonstrate the level of quality and compassionate care patients rightfully anticipate.
