Frustrating phone call with unhelpful staff

The front desk staff are completely useless and incompetent at scheduling appointments. I wasted 20 minutes on the phone providing every single detail to the receptionist last week, having already struggled to reach them for three months just to arrange a basic blood test. Despite going through all the standard questions, the staff member assured me I'd receive a callback the following day. Instead, I received a message in my NHS app telling me to contact the practice myself! What an absolutely pointless interaction. I cannot even get through to their phone lines, and this is a recurring problem, which is precisely why I'm giving them a low rating of 2.
