Frustrating phone experience at medical practice today

Attempted to contact the clinic regarding an urgent medical issue, but the phone line remained persistently busy starting from 8am. Consistently engaged. No automated system offering a queue or hold option. Incredibly frustrated by having to repeatedly redial every half minute. Desperately hoping the medical procedure resolves this situation quickly.
