Frustrating phone experience at pediatric clinic

I recently attempted to schedule an appointment for my newborn, but the experience left much to be desired. The wait time to reach someone was excessively long, typically exceeding half an hour. Once I finally connected with a receptionist, the interaction was frustratingly brief, lasting mere moments before the call was abruptly terminated. This pattern of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning for a medical practice. The way they handle patient communication is simply unacceptable and needs significant improvement.
