Frustrating phone experience with terrible customer service

Attempting to schedule an appointment as instructed by a text message, I found myself trapped in a frustrating phone ordeal. After investing nearly an hour (58 minutes) with the first representative, I was ultimately advised to call back the following morning at 9:30 AM. The situation is becoming increasingly nonsensical and inefficient, and I'm growing increasingly exasperated by this convoluted process.
