Frustrating phone experience with terrible customer service

I recently endured a frustrating 9-minute phone wait attempting to reach a receptionist for a friend's medical appointment. Throughout the hold time, I was subjected to a repetitive recorded message lamenting that 17 hours are squandered by patients failing to cancel unnecessary appointments. Notably, the message provided zero guidance for individuals without internet access on how to actually cancel their booking. Ultimately, I abandoned my effort in sheer exasperation.
