Frustrating phone lines and limited prescription contact hours

Extremely difficult to reach by telephone, as the lines seem to be constantly busy. The restricted availability for medication-related inquiries—only accessible between certain midday hours—feels inconvenient. It seems there would be significant benefit in implementing digital platforms for appointment scheduling and medication questions. If phone lines are frequently unavailable, wouldn't it be logical to offer these alternative communication methods?
