The sole issue I have with this medical practice is their telephone system. Recently, I endured a staggering two-and-a-half-hour wait for a return call from a receptionist, ultimately requiring my mother to drive me to the clinic to schedule an appointment. Each time I attempt to call, getting through seems completely impossible. Apart from this communication problem, I have absolutely no other criticisms about the surgery. I simply believe their phone lines require immediate attention, perhaps by hiring additional staff to manage incoming calls.
