Frustrating phone nightmare with zero appointment success

I began attempting to contact the clinic at 8 am, with the phone line consistently busy and disconnecting, until I finally reached them at 8:27 am. I was placed in a queue, positioned as number 27, and remained on hold for 36 minutes and 18 seconds, only to be informed that no appointments were available. I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, explaining that I had woken up extremely early specifically to schedule a GP consultation due to a potentially serious concern. After enduring a 30-minute and 18-second wait, being told to call back the next day was incredibly disheartening. The call records on my phone serve as irrefutable proof of this exhausting and unproductive experience.
