Frustrating phone service and delayed callbacks

I've attempted to contact this medical practice on multiple occasions via phone, but my efforts have been consistently frustrating. Each time, the line rings endlessly without anyone answering. After numerous attempts—at least five—I finally managed to reach someone. However, instead of addressing my concerns immediately, I was informed that a GP would return my call. Shockingly, it took nearly an hour for the doctor to get back to me. This unsatisfactory experience hasn't been a one-off incident; it's a recurring issue that I've encountered repeatedly. The level of service provided is abysmal, and if it were possible, I'd give them a rating below zero. Their approach to patient care and communication is utterly unacceptable.
