Frustrating phone service with useless e consultation system

Getting in touch with them is a frustrating ordeal, consuming nearly two minutes just to be placed in a waiting line. Their staff immediately interrogate about e-consultations, which are clearly dysfunctional. These digital consultation systems are completely ineffective, and the company should simply abandon promoting something so patently useless.
