Frustrating phone system mars good doctor care

I've consistently had positive encounters with the physicians I've consulted at this practice. However, the communication system and front desk operations are utterly inadequate. Today, I've spent hours attempting to verify my upcoming appointment details, only to be met with frustration. The phone line either emits a busy signal, offering no option to join a queue, or it endlessly rings without anyone picking up. It's truly disheartening to experience such poor administrative support in an otherwise competent medical facility.
