Frustrating phone system ruins customer experience

Navigating their appointment booking system is a frustrating ordeal. You're forced to endure a lengthy 2.5-minute recorded message before even attempting to schedule, and one mistimed button press means you're immediately disconnected and must restart the entire process. Most people resort to using speakerphone just to manage this cumbersome interaction. The entire approach to service access is remarkably inefficient and user-unfriendly.
