Frustrating phone system ruins healthcare experience

When I finally secure an appointment, the staff are excellent. However, the challenge lies in spending 45 minutes repeatedly dialing, only to encounter a busy signal, and when the call connects, it rings endlessly before disconnecting, forcing me to restart the dialing process. I recognize that during this pandemic, they are likely overwhelmed, but when your health relies on monthly consultations with a physician, a more efficient communication method is essential.
