Frustrating phone system ruins medical office experience
I typically enjoy a positive relationship with the medical staff. However, on August 29th, 2023, I encountered frustration while attempting to verify an appointment. The automated phone system, with its unpleasant recording, forces callers through an unnecessarily complex series of steps, making a simple appointment confirmation an arduous task. Up until this point, I had experienced no such difficulties with their communication process.
Utterly incompetent medical professionals in the United Kingdom. It took me over a decade to finally receive the appropriate medication.
