Frustrating phone system ruins patient experience

I've been a patient at this medical practice, previously known as Sunrise Avenue, for more than two decades without any issues. Recently, however, reaching them has become incredibly challenging. On Tuesday, I was forced to visit the emergency room because I couldn't contact the surgery, which was fortunate given I was dealing with a kidney stone and infection. Just now, I spent 20 minutes at the front of the call queue attempting to schedule my Covid booster and flu vaccination. I've tried multiple times and each attempt resulted in being told all lines are unavailable. I'll attempt again tomorrow, but I implore you to address these persistent telephone communication problems.
