Frustrating phone system ruins patient experience

Hello, the medical practice has significant issues with their appointment scheduling system. Ever since the holiday season, my partner and I have experienced extreme difficulty connecting via telephone, and even when a call is successfully made, securing a suitable future appointment becomes nearly impossible. In my opinion, the surgery's service quality has noticeably declined from its previous standard. I urge them to take accountability and deliver a service level that genuinely assists patients. If the root cause is excessive patient demand, the practice should transparently communicate this, allowing individuals to explore alternative healthcare providers if necessary.
