Frustrating phone system ruins patient experience

I've spent more than a quarter of an hour attempting to reach the doctor's office by phone, and each attempt results in a busy signal with no connection. I've even tried using different phones, yet the outcome remains the same. The staff are genuinely pleasant when you finally manage to speak with them. However, actually getting through to the surgery is an ongoing challenge, and every time I've needed to contact them, it's been a frustrating struggle to make contact.
