Frustrating phone system wastes precious time

Here's a bit of constructive feedback: the system needs a direct number selection feature so callers can skip through multiple listings and quickly reach their desired option. Additionally, there should be a dedicated cancellation line. I've been stuck on hold for half an hour just trying to cancel an appointment, which explains why people often don't bother to cancel and why missed appointments are so common. Nobody has that kind of time to spare.
