Frustrating phone wait but great once inside

The medical practice offers exceptional care once you actually secure an appointment, but the process of booking is incredibly frustrating. Spending hours daily on hold, repeatedly calling, only to be informed that no slots are available is utterly demoralizing. Obtaining recent appointments required numerous attempts. The front desk personnel are somewhat inconsistent in providing accurate advice, though generally they lean towards being helpful. After undergoing tests, patients cannot simply phone for results; instead, they must endure the entire arduous process of scheduling another appointment. With some modifications, the service could be truly outstanding.
