Frustrating phone wait for medical appointment service

It would be incredibly beneficial if we weren't stuck on hold for nearly an hour every time we try to schedule an appointment for the Highley surgical center now managed by Bridgnorth. There's no option to book in person, forcing patients to endure these extensive wait times. This was never the case in the past. Isn't it time for some improvements to be made?
