Why are patients forced to wait 40 minutes despite being first in line? Is someone ahead monopolizing the conversation, or are the staff simply indifferent to answering calls? Healthcare should be straightforward and readily available to everyone. Your communication approach is unacceptable and disrespectful to those who contribute substantial funds annually to the National Health Service.
