Frustrating practice change destroys patient experience

The medical practice has recently been acquired and renamed 'James Alexander Family Practice'. I'm perplexed by their approach, as they seem more like a corporate entity than a healthcare provider. It's an absolute organizational disaster. I can no longer retrieve my complete electronic medical records since they took over, which was effortless under the previous HFT management. These are my personal records, stored on the NHS database for professionals to reference and update - they do not belong to the practice. They should simply restore access immediately! Additionally, online appointment booking has been eliminated, along with phone and video consultation options, and there are no longer extended or weekend appointment slots. The reasoning behind these changes is completely unclear. I've reluctantly awarded two stars because some of the front-line staff remain courteous and competent, unlike the management team. Were it not for these employees, I would have rated them even lower. Previously, I had rated this practice five stars and considered their service exceptional.
