Frustrating prescription delay and poor communication

Trying to get a repeat prescription from the hospital has been a nightmare. Over 10 days, I made 4 phone calls, and still no medication - I'm down to my last 2 tablets today. What a complete mess. I was told to get a blood pressure check over a week ago, and it's clear they don't know what they're doing. Now they want a blood test before my next appointment - let's see how long this drags on. The stress is unreal. Their phone system is useless, with 30-40 minute wait times. Someone needs to review their system, as they seem totally incompetent. Where are the good doctors who used to care about patients? Now we're stuck with receptionists and pharmacists who think they know more than doctors. They're causing more harm than good. However, after speaking with the practice manager about my issues and hearing they're updating their phone system, and having a conversation with the pharmacist, I've changed my view. They are actually nice people. The only improvement needed is better patient communication, and then these problems wouldn't arise. Overall, they do care, and I'm thankful to the staff, manager, and pharmacist.
