Frustrating prescription delay with poor communication

I submitted a recurring prescription to the front desk along with my wife's on Monday. By Wednesday, her medication was ready for pickup at the pharmacy, but mine was not. I repeatedly called the pharmacy to inquire about the status of my prescription. This morning, Friday, I was compelled to contact the medical practice to follow up. The receptionist appeared noticeably annoyed by their internal mistake, offering no explanation for why my prescription hadn't been forwarded to the pharmacy. I was informed I could collect my medication later that evening, after which the receptionist curtly terminated the call. Your promotional message claims exceptional patient service - I'm still waiting to witness any indication of such commitment!!!!!!
