Frustrating prescription nightmare at local medical practice

I have repeatedly voiced my frustrations to medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and reception personnel, over multiple years and often on a monthly basis. My monthly prescription consistently fails to be processed correctly, despite repeated assurances that it has been sent to the pharmacy. No matter how many times I reach out to the surgery, the situation remains unresolved. I find myself constantly shuttling back and forth, experiencing this ongoing issue long before the pandemic emerged. Surely, such a basic administrative task can be managed without causing me such monthly inconvenience and stress that is driving me to the brink of exasperation. This should undoubtedly be a standard, seamless procedure for any general practitioner's office.
