Frustrating prescription policy hurts patient care

I adhered precisely to the practice's prescription renewal guidelines, submitting my request 5 working days in advance, as recommended. Despite following their instructions meticulously, I was informed that I'm ineligible to receive my medication because I've apparently requested it prematurely. This response has left me feeling anxious and deeply concerned about potentially running out of my essential medication. It's incomprehensible why a medical facility would intentionally create additional stress for patients who are already unwell and who have scrupulously complied with their stated procedures.
