Frustrating prescription process after 10 years

I've been with Dr Ghafoor's practice alongside my entire family for over a decade, but the quality has dramatically declined. The receptionists are incredibly unhelpful and seem disinterested in patient care. Their new online prescription system is frustrating, especially when trying to order medications not on the standard list. For instance, getting a blue inhaler for my asthma became an exhausting ordeal involving multiple complex questions and delays. After being told to follow up in two days, I called back only to learn the doctor hadn't even reviewed my request. Subsequent calls led to increasingly complicated interactions, with a hostile receptionist interrogating me about my medication usage, making me feel like I was doing something wrong. The entire process was time-consuming and demoralizing. I'm actively seeking a new medical practice that genuinely prioritizes patient care and demonstrates a commitment to helping people. The current approach is unacceptable, and I plan to transfer not just myself, but my entire family to a more compassionate healthcare provider.
