Frustrating prescription service fails elderly patients

My elderly father, who suffers from diabetes, is struggling with the new email-based prescription request system implemented by his general practitioner. The process is extremely complicated and user-unfriendly, particularly for older patients. Despite sending numerous emails, we consistently experience delays in receiving his essential medications. The medical practice already has all of his personal information stored, so theoretically, requesting his standard prescription should be straightforward. However, the reality is that I must invest significant time and effort every single week just to ensure he receives his necessary medicine. I strongly caution anyone against registering with this healthcare provider, primarily due to their unreliable and inefficient electronic prescription system that cannot be depended upon.
