Frustrating process but friendly staff save the day

The staff members are wonderfully friendly, but only after you manage to actually connect with them. Their appointment scheduling process is in dire need of a complete overhaul. For working professionals, securing a consultation is nearly insurmountable. Phone lines are perpetually jammed, and the online consultation option is restricted to post-noon hours. When a callback eventually arrives, it can occur at the most inconvenient moments - I recently found myself discussing sensitive medical matters while browsing in M&S, which raises serious privacy concerns under GDPR. If you're fortunate enough to navigate these hurdles and work remotely with a completely open calendar, you might just succeed in seeing a GP.
