Frustrating reception fails to meet basic customer needs

Getting an appointment at this place is a nightmare. The reception staff desperately need lessons in customer service and basic communication. I completed an online doctor referral form, and when I missed their call, I received a text instructing me to contact reception. Upon calling, I was simply told to ring back the next morning. This is precisely why I opted for the online form in the first place. With two jobs, I can't possibly be available to make calls at 8am. Absolutely unacceptable 👎👎
