Frustrating reception makes doctor visits nearly impossible

Hello. I am deeply frustrated that securing a doctor's appointment seems nearly impossible. Despite suffering from multiple health conditions and clearly explaining my need to consult a physician for ongoing treatment, the reception staff appears dismissive. Although English is not my primary language, I comprehend perfectly well that these employees are completely unresponsive. It feels degrading to justify my medical needs to unqualified personnel who somehow believe they know better than the doctors who have already determined my treatment plan. The medical professionals themselves are competent, but navigating the reception process is an absolute nightmare. Most recently, I received a text message abruptly canceling my appointment, forcing me to reschedule. When I request to see any available doctor, I'm met with responses suggesting I don't need an appointment, with promises of callbacks or messages that predictably never materialize. I am left feeling utterly disrespected and treated like an incompetent person, simply for attempting to access basic medical care from staff whose fundamental job is to facilitate patient scheduling, not to make medical judgments.
