Frustrating registration and outdated medical practice

Their online platform is antiquated and practically impossible to complete registration for, with their so-called "online registration" being nothing more than a downloadable PDF document they incorrectly label as a form. I diligently printed the PDF and completed it in advance of my visit to the practice. Despite arriving before 1pm, the receptionist informed me they would not process my registration because they were closing at 1pm and claimed processing would take 15 minutes. Even though I had already filled out the form, I requested they simply scan my documents, but they flatly refused. I witnessed another patient who needed to make a payment, but the practice does not accept card transactions. When he suggested retrieving cash from his car, they initially declined due to imminent closure. However, when he confirmed the cash was in his vehicle, they surprisingly permitted him to retrieve it. The outdated website, refusal to accept modern payment methods, and their practice of shutting down for an extended midday period all demonstrate remarkably obsolete and inconvenient operational practices.
